In the environmental friendly society, most of us were urging to “go paperless, save trees”.

Paperless marketing is where a company reduces the usage of paper in their marketing plan. In order to develop paperless marketing, a paperless office will be practice in the working environment. A paperless office is a work environment in which the use of paper is eliminated or greatly reduced. By doing this practice, most of the document and other papers were converted into digital form. For example, billing invoice was sent to customer by email instead of letter posting.


Proponents claim that going paperless can actually save money, boost company productivity, save space, make documentation and information sharing easier. Besides, the information were kept with more secure system, and most importantly is going paperless could save the environment crisis.


By doing paperless marketing, digital marketing is one type of paperless marketing. Going digitalize the marketing will distinguish the company’s marketing plan from other types of marketing such as traditional marketing.
